Aysia is the Head of Operations at Striker, where she drives and scales the firm’s internal business operations. As a key partner recognized for creative problem-solving, operational rigor, and collaborative leadership, she provides meaningful support for founders and investors that strengthen Striker's founder-first approach.

Prior to Striker, Aysia was integral at CRV where she was recognized as a catalyst for organizational excellence and became a trusted partner across teams for her abilities. Aysia studied Environmental Studies and Public Policy, Planning, and Management at the University of Oregon, and she’s passionate about applying principles of sustainability and logistics to her work in business operations.
